Iipleyiti zokuxhasa kufuneka zisetyenziswe ngaphambi kokuwelda, kwaye ukuwelda kufuneka kwenziwe emva kokufudumeza kwangaphambili ukuya kuma-200 ~ 300°C ngokobukhulu bokuwelda; intonga yokuwelda kufuneka ijonge ngqo kumphezulu wokuwelda, i-arc kufuneka ibe mfutshane kangangoko, kwaye ukutshintshwa kweentonga zokuwelda kufuneka kwenziwe ngokukhawuleza;

3. I-weldment kufuneka icocwe ioyile kunye nokungcola ngaphambi kokuba i-weld, kwaye i-slag kufuneka isuswe ngononophelo emva koku-weld, kwaye ihlanjwe ngomphunga okanye ngamanzi ashushu.
