Inkcazo: I-R306Fe yi-electrode yentsimbi engatshiyo ubushushu ene-pearlitic powder kunye ne-hydrogen potassium type coating equlethe i-1% Cr – 0.5% Mo. Zombini i-AC kunye ne-DC zingasetyenziswa, kwaye zinokudityaniswa kuzo zonke iindawo ngokusetyenziswa okufutshane kwe-arc. Ubushushu bokudityaniswa kunye nobushushu phakathi kwe-interlayer yi-160 ~ 250 °C ngexesha lokudityaniswa.

Ukusetyenziswa: Isetyenziselwa ukuwelda intsimbi ye-1%Cr – 0.5%Mo enganyangekiyo kubushushu (njenge-15CrMo), njengemibhobho yokufudumeza yebhoyila enobushushu obusebenzayo obungaphantsi kwe-550°C, imibhobho yomphunga kunye neenqanawa zoxinzelelo ezinobushushu obusebenzayo obungaphantsi kwe-520°C, njl. Ingasetyenziselwa ukuwelda i-30CrMnSi steel castings.
